Only a limited number of IO employees who are responsible for the maintenance of our website and for customer relations have access to your personal data.

We may process your personal data mostly by way of collection, storing, recording and structuring. However, we cannot exclude other ways of data processing, if necessary for the above-mentioned purposes.

We may also transfer your personal data from the European Economic Area (the “EEA”) outside the EEA (e.g., from our servers located in Germany and the Netherlands to our offices in Ukraine). If we do so, we reasonably ensure that your rights and freedoms as a data subject are protected in compliance with the GDPR.

We share this information with the categories of third parties described in the “Disclosure of your personal data” section above. We do not sell (as such term is defined in the CCPA) the personal information we collect.

Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA provides California consumers the right to request to know more details about the categories or specific pieces of personal information we collect (including how we use and disclose this information), to delete their personal information, to opt out of any “sales” that may be occurring, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
