Due to the Business-to-Business nature of the IO Technologies service, all payment terms are regulated by commercial agreements concluded between your company and Esterson Limited. For any refund issues please refer to the contract signed by your company.

DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU of 25 October 2011 is not applicable to the IO Technologies service since the service is not delivered to natural persons who are acting for purposes which are outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
